A headset would also be great, but is not a requirement. Also a printer would be nice, but not required if you prefer to read and write all your material on the computer.
So it is really very simple and I believe the best concept in any kind of business is to keep it simple and I emphasize that mentoring should not be an issue of the amount of gadgets you own, but your willingness to learn and develop.
