How To Weight Loss – Just Let It Go

Do you agree that Struggling and battling with yourself is a very hard way to lose weight . The most important part is being grateful for what you already have, for you – i repeat be grateful for YOU, the most wonderful creature ever created – created by you and your thoughts emotions and actions. You probably heard about the hit movie and book, The Secret and The Law of Attraction. The law of attraction operates the opposite way of a magnet. Where as a magnet attracts the opposite pole – positive attracts negative – the Law of Attraction works a bit differently as like attracts like. In relation to you and your body it means that when you think, feel and talk negatively about your body then negative is what you get. So when you say things like: I gain weight just thinking about food, then the delivery service of the Universe delivers more pounds to pile up on your hips. Think about the Universe and The Law of Attraction as a waiter at a top notch restaurant, who is ready to deliver exactly what you order. So be careful – what you order is what you get.

How To Weight Loss – Just Let It Go

Start thinking, feeling and talking lovingly about your body, start saying things like: My body is so beautiful and healthy, I love nourishing my body with tasty and nourishing food. And watch what happens. The universe will deliver your order as soon as you have aligned yourself with your expressions. When I say aligned, I mean that you have come to the stage where you FEEL that the words you express are true. FEEL it, FEEL gratitude, FEEL great, FEEL love and express it at every opportunity you get.
One of the most powerful ways to get your weight loss going is to stand naked in front of a mirror and look lovingly and caring at yourself. Then express how much you love your body. For most over weight persons, this can be very difficult not to say impossible. But do as good as you possibly can I promise you it will get easier as you practise it. If it is totally impossible, then look into your eyes and say i love you… (your name) and keep repeating it until you get your normal voice. As this becomes a routine and you start feeling good about it expand it to your body in front of the mirror – this is where you will start to see immediate results because you are now programming your unconscious mind into a new belief, the belief that you are slim, beautiful, healthy or whatever it is you want it to be and look like – add humor if you like that, humor is a great way to eliminate negative feelings as it is impossible to be sad and happy at the same time.
Fake it until you make it – Say out loud, feel it and watch what is about to happen.

Here is one of the greatest lifesavers – one of my favorites during all walks of life and one of the very best techniques to support you during weight loss.

 

You can use it to literally key in encouragement and new goals and it makes wonders for you during those times when you are about to throw in the towel. Just imagine if tapping a few minutes under your armpit can remove cravings… it does! I have tried it – tested by smelling and licking on a piece of my favorite chocolate – after a good round of EFT I did note even want to eat it – ended up throwing it out – YES I threw out yummy quality chocolate.

As I wrote in this blog post  you are not only making a lot of changes and saying good bye to the safety of the known, you are also up against one of the strongest forces in the entire universe – your unconscious mind. As the unconscious mind is programmed to keep you in the safety or comfort zone it does not require a lot of imagination to see that enormous forces you are up against the I’d dare say – THE strongest of them all – the one that always makes you gain the lost weight….

One of my personal favorites when it some to clearing and programming tools is EFT or even better IEFT – which stands for Intuitive Emotional Freedom Technique – I often refer to it as Emotional Acupuncture. The reason why I love EFT is that it is so easy to use and really reaches deep – AND there is nothing you can do wrong or spoil when using it.

When you use EFT, you are tapping on the start/end points of the meridians – 12 of our meridians are connected to our organ systems like stomach, liver, spleen etc. when you tap on them you harmonize the organ related to that particular meridian. That in itself is great but did you know that our emotions are related to our organs – so not only do you get to speed up metabolism, you also get to boost your mood and even better eliminate cravings originating from emotions (under the eye and under the arm are great for cravings)

 

 As a Help To Lose Weight you can make a new ritual in the morning, spend a few minutes using (I)EFT to clear your roadblocks and end your routine by keying in the new results all you are seeking – cool – right. And you are set off on a good track from the morning.

Stepping Out Of The Comfort Zone

Last night was really a new experience for me. It was fun and also really really an experience, which took me out of my comfort zone…
My dear friend Leesa from Indiana, USA, and I did our first radioshow on blogtalkradio – whoa – exposing ourselves to people we do not know…

Leesa is a wonderful woman, whom I have known since September 2011 when we met over a cup of coffee. During the past year we have met at least once a week via Skype in our Master Mind group. A group we initiated after our second meeting in Utah at a live event with our wonderful coaches.

We created the Master Mind group to keep ourselves accountable and to motivate each other in our journey towards our goals.

Having a friend who know you dreams and goals and who is there to support you when you tend to take a detour has been such a rewarding experience. Not least a friend to celebrate your victories with you, a friend who fully understanding all the efforts and doubts you have encountered and experienced on the journey.

Even though we both have dear friends, this is special as we have both tended the same Miracles Coaching program and know how there are literally no limits to what we can achieve, it makes it so much easier for us to understand and support each other.

A lot of people tend to believe in, and only express, their limitations, but when I talk with Leesa she instantly understands and supports me even if she does not fully agree or understand what I am up to or why I am doing it. What better soul friend could you ever ask for? One who is there no matter what the challenge or victory you are facing.


One day, when we took a trip down “Memory Lane” – a special act we do 5 days a week for about 15 minutes, to help each other get on track it lead to our idea to make a radioshow, just to have fun, push our boundaries a bit further and share some of our experiences with other like minded people.


We are both “golden girls” and enjoy the freedom and ease of life that comes when you responsibilities and possibilities change as you mature. Basically we share the hope that we can inspire and motivate some fellow “golden girls” to dare doing that little extra it takes to start going for your dream, regardless of your age and present situation. The rewards you receive are priceless.

In spite of a little stage fear we both enjoyed our first live radio show so much that we continue doing it every Friday.

If you want to lose weight, you must first of all change your mindset!

 

Whatever the Mind Can Conceive and Believe it Can Achieve

These wise words from Napoleon Hill literally define all the results we get in life – good or bad!

It is really quite simple; everything we experience in life is something, which we have attracted either consciously or unconsciously. Most of it unconsciously as 95% of our mind activities goes on in our unconscious mind.

Unfortunately most of us never pay any attention to our unconscious mind, and that is really very unfortunate. The unconscious mind is present in every cell in our body and it is also our emotional mind. As you probably know all our results comes from this formula:

Thought + Emotion + Action= Results

What I work on with my clients is always the unconscious mind and how they can clear and eliminate inexpedient programs and replace them with new programming that serves them and helps them achieve the results they are seeking.

And what are those unwanted programs then – that is all the crap (sorry) you have stored since early child hood – all the things being imposed on you by well-meaning parents, teachers, friends and other “authorities” who taught you what was right and what was wrong as well as those who said things about you that hit a nerve in you and made you believe that you are less than you really are.

From the time of conception to age 6 we are literally sponges sucking in all impressions, ideas and norms from our surroundings, those impressions, ideas and norms goes straight into our unconscious mind and become our blue print. The way you perceive yourself!

You might ask, why do we accept all this as facts – simply because we do not know any better and we so desperately want to belong and be like the people we admirer.

If you have always been told that you are the most beautiful, clever and wonderful creature on planet earth, you probably feel quite good about yourself – right?

But if you have been told repeatedly that you were stupid, clumsy or fat then you most likely feel that that is those are the facts about you? – See the picture.

A lot of people use prayers to help them get comfort and feel better, and prayer is great, however it does not eliminate the inexpedient programming you carry around in your unconscious mind. As long as you carry that in your unconscious mind chances are that they will show their ugly faces when you least need it – in stressful situations.

This is what happens when you go on a diet, when you change your weight, you move out of your comfort zone, the zone, which the unconscious mind is programmed to keep you in by all means. Unless you changes your blueprint there is no way you will ever succeed on a diet – sorry my friend but these are the facts. If you want to lose weight, you must first of all change your mindset!


Poverty vs Prosperity About daring to break out

Recently I started working with a group of women from a housing project in the town where I live. The idea is to educate parents out of poverty – teaching them basic financial principles and getting to change their mindsets a bit as well.
From the previous Sunday they had a little home work to do:
Dream Big, Track cashflow in and out for a week and bring some jars or small containers to use to set up piggy banks for: Pay Myself First, Spending, Education etc
During the first hour we went into the Dream Big part, which had overall been a good experience for them, a bit scary for some, but mostly a pleasant experience, which had helped them feel better about their life.
Then it was time for the tracking of their money – whoa – empty eyes and lots of them. Only two had done it. The rest of around 20 people had not done it.
I saw fear and panic in lots of faces here…

They were scared to face the facts, simply scared. It was no surprise to me, but it extend of the fear was.
We spend an hour talking about how we are programmed since early childhood from our surroundings like parents, family, church and school and how it affects us.
Luckily we have a world famous boxing champion here who started out as a poor boy and everyone admires how much he has accomplished.
When I used him as an example of how he had succeeded by following his dream and had taken one step at the time always focusing on the next fight and then taking it from there all the way up until he had reached his dream, then did I see smiles and ease in the faces again – they understood – not only in their brains but

in their core selves that you have to start at your own present state before you can change anything. And the better you know your present situation, the better equipped you are for the next steps on your journey.

It turned out to be a long class that day, as the conversation exploded when they got to see that everything is possible and as long as you take one step at the time and know exactly where you are, what your goal is and then the rest will follow.
What I wonder is just his: Why is it the secret of poverty that is so widely known and not the secret of abundance? We would all benefit if abundance was the order of the day- do you agree?


Your Energetic Heart – Use It Wisely

Most of us consider the heart as a pump, which makes our blood circulate. OK those of us who have been in love know that there is something more to it. Otherwise it is hard to explain why we suddenly sense our heart rate go up when we see the target of our affection.

We think it is our emotions that make our heart make an extra beat or two, but could it be the other way around – and anyway where do our emotions originate?

Scientists are now admitting that the heart has intelligence and that the electromagnetic power of our heart is several times stronger than that of our brain.

When I started in my previous career at sea it happened just too often that our older colleagues would suffer from a heart attack. I often wondered why, the only thing I saw in common of those people was a certain tendency to anger outbursts and keeping emotions to themselves. The ones I knew who had heart problems were often the ones having a hard time “letting go” and were the kind of people who showed a approach to the world and especially to the unknown.

Today there is no doubt in my mind – we DO get to choose the outcome of you life. In my opinion we can change our mental, emotional and physical processes by the way we think.

Ok thinking alones does not do it, but it is the first step on our way to a healthier lifestyle in peace and harmony with our minds, bodies and surroundings.

 

“The heart is a sensory organ and acts as a sophisticated information encoding and processing center that enables it to learn, remember, and make independent functional decisions,” Institute of HeartMath Director of Research Rollin McCraty wrote in the paper, The Energetic Heart: Bioelectromagnetic Communication Within and Between People.

When we start feeding BOTH our energetic heart and mind positively things starts changing rapidly.

The mood, general wellbeing, physical health improves faster than is the case on allopathic medicine.

In the western world we are often so soaked into Slaving for the clock, must do, should do etc that it often requires more than a change of mindset to improve. Some of the most efficient tools I use in my approach with clients are IEFT (Intuitive Emotional Freedom Technique), Ho’oponopono, Meditation, NLRP and I see changes happening within weeks.

Build Momentum by Leaning Into It

This post just made me realize how amazing life is, when you dare to take that first little step in faith and trust your gut feeling. No on who ever achieved anything did it by sitting and waiting for life to happen. He or she did it by acting on the gut feeling and added a lot of emotional energy and action into it.

Small children do it all the time – how would you be able to walk or talk today, if you did not have that urge to move as a little child? The problem for many people is that they let themselves buy into ideas and limitations set by the people the surround themselves with.

My advise is: Surround yourself with people who dare something worthy and mirror yourself in them instead of the people who pull you down – you are not going that ways, so stop listening to them and follow your own path – the less trotted path is the one leading to success. The choice is entirely yours!

Build Momentum by Leaning Into It

One of the common ways we block success is by refusing to take action on a project or opportunity until we can see the entire pathway from start to finish. We are afraid to start, because the outcome is uncertain. While we plan, think, research, and analyze, the opportunity slips away. Highly successful people take a different approach. They just lean into it – they open themselves to opportunities and become willing to do what it takes to pursue opportunities further – without any expectations. They say “yes” to opportunities, take the first step … and then find out along the way if they want to keep going.Lean into it

Stop Worrying About the “How”

When we are presented with opportunities or envision big goals, one question that stops us dead in our tracks is “But how will I do it?”  Even if we can picture the goal and get excited about the end result, our minds quickly start doubting our ability to turn our dreams into reality.

For example, you may picture yourself as a best-selling author, but then a little voice in your head reminds you that you don’t know the first thing about writing a book, that odds are stacked against you getting a publishing contract, that you have never marketed a book before, and dozens of other pieces of proof that you don’t know how to achieve your goal.

The beauty of just leaning into it is that it creates momentum. Taking even one step forward broadcasts your intent to the world. The universe responds by sending the opportunities, resources and people who can help you just at the right time for you to benefit the most from them.

Just leaning into it becomes a process of co-creating with the universe. Become willing to explore the unknown, and trust that the answers and resources you need will appear. All you need to do is keep taking the logical next steps. The journey will take you where you want to go … or even someplace better.

Roadblocks or Redirection?

In The Success Principles, I share the story of a singer named Jana Stanfield. After several years working in Nashville, Tennessee, to pursue her dream of becoming a songwriter and recording artist, she concluded that trying to get a record deal was like pounding her head against a wall. She could try forever without any guarantee of success.

What Jana later realized is that when you lean into it, roadblocks are put into your path to force you onto a different path – a path that may be truer to your real purpose. She learned that even when you can’t move forward, you can turn right or left, but you have to keep moving.

By continuing to take the next logical steps, Jana found herself singing at churches. Responding to audiences’ requests for her songs on a CD, she hired an engineer to record 10 of her songs. The first time she offered her songs for sale after a church service, she made more money than she had earned that entire week in her job. She was fulfilling her purpose in her own unique way.

Today, her company produces more than 50 motivational concerts each year around the world. She started her own recording company, and her songs have been recorded by singers such as Reba McEntire and Andy Williams, as well as featured on Oprah, 20/20 and Entertainment Tonight.

Feel the Fear, but Act Anyway

As you move forward, you will have to confront your fears. Fear is natural. Most people let fear stop them from taking the necessary steps to achieve their dreams. Successful people, on the other hand, feel the fear but don’t let it stop them.

Some people will do anything to avoid feeling fear. It’s understandable – fear is uncomfortable. But most of the good stuff in life requires taking a risk, and the truth is that taking a risk means that it might not work out.

Successful people are willing to take a leap of faith, even if they are afraid. They know that if you don’t act, opportunity will pass you by. As former attorney general and U.S. senator Robert F. Kennedy once said, “Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.”   I also truly believe that if a goal isn’t a little bit scary, or if it doesn’t create a bit of fear within you, it’s probably not worth doing.  So many people stop because “they are scared.” I say, feel that feeling, and get excited because feeling that fear means you are on to something good!

Look at your list of goals for 2013. Which have you been ignoring because you fear the risk you’ll have to take to make that dream come true? Which have you been ignoring because you simply don’t know where to start? As you consider these goals, ask yourself what you can do to simply lean into it – what are the logical first steps that you can take to begin exploring making these dreams a reality? Acknowledge your fear, and lean into it anyway.

Small steps will help to build confidence and dissipate your fear, while also creating momentum to attract the resources you need to achieve your biggest goals.

Great audio and work book if you are struggling financially

I used this some time after I lost all my financial security. I knew it was not about the money but about me – a symptom of something going on inside me.
I took me a while to get to that realization, deep down, because i kept looking for excuses.
But there are no excuses, excuses are just ways to escape from reality and responsibility.
Even though I KNEW exactly what to do and what went wrong – it just did not work out for me. I was stuck in my old patterns and beliefs. And I admit at first I READ the books and understood – but NO way I did not get it – until I was willing to let go and accept that it is all there and all the crap about do this, do that, is just other excuses. It is there, let go and let it in.

 

I read both the books, but I suggest you listen to the the first one and then use the workbook.
